    The problem are still happening,

    Every 24 hours or so, the counter reset the views, decreasing the number of hits on all my recent posts (at least the last 40)… from 1000 views to 50, from 3000 views to 100, and so on…

    Just to report that the same problem is happening again… instead of continuing to count and adding the number of views of a post, it decreases the number of views of the post. For example: a Post that had already registered more than a thousand accesses now has less than 150 accesses. Happening again since the past week, and it’s annoying (even though I can check the results of the posts through Google Analytics).
    Every 24 hours or so the problem happens again, with the counter decreasing the number of hits on my posts.

    Yes, I can share a screenshot of my PVC settings, just don’t know how to do this through this support

    But the Counter Mode is PHP, Data Storage with Cookies, Enable to display post views count column for each of the selected post types; Counter Interval 1 minute, Cleanup Interval 150 years…. No exclude visitors, Enable to display the views number formatted based on the locale (using the WP number_format_i18n function).

    PS: the view counter problem stopped for a few days, but today it started to occur again, without any changes to the settings

    The problem continues, posts that had more than 1000 views a few hours later go to 200 views, posts that had 300 views now have 50 views, and so on with several (all) recent publications… repeating day after day, the Post View Conunter (which was efficient for years) is no longer reliable…. recently our webmaster (who cannot solve the problem) migrated from Universal Analytics to Google Analytics 4, I don’t know if it may have something to do with the problem…. my website url is http://www.afolhatorres.com.br
