    So, purchased unlimited license of the Fancybox Pro Plugin few days ago. Have no access to the files and support is not responding. Whats going on here?

    If you do not want to help simply refund the paid amount.

    I’ve purchased “Fancybox ProUp to 5 sites”, but download links are not works me, too… Waiting for ASAP correction.

    Sorry for the trouble, but we experienced issues with download links recently.
    This should work fine now however.

    Ok, thanks for the update. Not sure why you’ve refunded the amount now since the links are actually working but ok. When purchasing again, download links will work as expected? And can we expect support if needed?

    Hello Bartosz, I just asked for a refund today for a renewal I made also today, but then realized I didn’t need the plugin anymore. Please, please check your email and make the refund on paypal as soon as possible. Thanks!

    Hi, I try to contact you since March and didn’t get an answer. I bought a licence Key up to 5 sides and couldn’t download it. I found an other solution and want to cancel it.Hope to hear from you, otherwise I have to block my bank account. kind regards, Anja
