    Hi,

    I’ve installed the plugin, activated, customized and saved it, but it doesn’t come up on my website.
    Ive already browsed the forum, but have not found a solution. I have both wp_head() in header.php and wp_footer() in footer.php.
    The website in question is http://www.intelligentsystems.dk

    But you have a very, very outdated jquery script used in your theme. You should remove it and use the one shipping with WordPress.
