I’ve been dealing with issue for days now and can’t find an answer. Your lightbox works fine with a single image but not for a gallery image. Best example is here.

You can see it works on each single image but does nothing on the far right mini thumbnail gallery. I’ve tried ticking/unticking many boxes in the options.

I’ve uninstalled it. Just couldn’t get it to work.
