Have been trouble shooting for a day and just can’t figure this out. This is the only plugin I’ve got running on my site and my WordPress installation is current (3.9.1). Any insight or help would be appreciated.

Brandon, even tough you have the recent WP version, your site is using a very outdated jQuery script:

http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.4.1/jquery.min.js?ver=3.9.1

Remove that from your theme and use the jquery that’s included with you version of WordPress.
