Translating the "Events" page

    Hi, I use WPML and I have a question. I’m trying to translate the main “Events” page which is domain/events.
    I went to string translations and translated the strings “Events”, “Event” in French. When I click on the language selector from English to French, the page I get has all the posts in French but the title of the page is still “Events” instead of “Évènements” and the slug is domain/fr/events…

    I also notice that an Events page was created in activating the plugin, so I went under Pages/Events/Edit and created a French translation for that page named Évènements but that translation does not get picked-up by the language switcher.

    So my question is, how do you translate the title of the “Events” page with the list of all events? http://sylvieadams.com/essai/events

    Hi Bartosz, I realized that other events calendar plugins that I had tried before Event Maker left a lot of things in my database which made the Events page not behave as it should. I went and manually clean the database, and now the Events page is correctly translated to Évènements. So not your plugin at all, sorry for the bother.
