    Hi,

    How can I translate the shown message and button-text via WPML?
    I tried it via String Translation, where I found the right translations, but unfortunately, the popup on the website stays in English.

    Hi Ines,

    We use Cookie Notice on multiple sites with WPML or Polylang and everything works as it should.
    Are you sure you saved/applied the translation in String Translation page in WPML?

    Can we take a look at the site?

    How do I apply the translations? I thougth it’s automatically done, when I define it as complete?

    Hi,
    I have the same problem. I work with Polylang.
    I have the original message in the template and found this in the german po-file. And there is the original translation, but this does’nt work.
    If I change the cookie message, I will not get this message in the po-file to translate. I have downloaded the german po-file and there is not the customer message.

    Please can you help?

    Did you translate the message in the String translation in Polylang settings?
