    I need help please.

I’ve installed and activated your plugin based on feedback/reviews. I’m not a programmer but usually make it around my WordPress site (with the Balance Child Theme from StudioPress created for the Genesis Framework) without too much trouble. Today I’m stumped.

My needs are very basic. I want to insert a thumbnail sized image in my post (say one that has been uploaded to the Media Library) that when clicked displays a larger version of the image in a lightbox optimised for the device being used (responsive for smartphones, tablets etc).

I’ve been researching for a couple of hours now and have tried a couple of things with no success. I appreciate it should just work after activation but nothing I try seems to make any difference. I’ve even tried to insert manually in the html code again with no success.

Using the following piece of code as an example, can you please revert with the correct place to manually insert rel = “lightbox” on the images I require the lightbox effect.

    img alt=”20110729″ src=”http://ridewithtech.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/20110729-300×219.jpg” width=”300″ height=”219″ /

Thanks and apologies if it is something very obvious.

    Brett

Brett, please post a link to your site – it would be much better if we checked that live.
