Strange red lines and failed activation after update to version 1.1.0

Hi, I updated to the new version, 1.1.0, but now I’m getting a “license activation failed message” when I try to re-activate the license for my site (even though my license is valid through November 2018). There are also some strange red lines showing up in between the photos in my gallery, and I can’t figure out where they’re coming from or which setting to change in order to make them go away: http://oliviakillingsworth.com/photo-gallery/.
