specifying cookies and opting out

I was told that I could use this plugin to create a table in my privacy statement, that automatically lists all the cookies used in the site, and gives people the chance to disable them individually where possible.

Is this right?

And if so, how do I do this? I’ve had a look at the instructions, and have set up the cookie notice, but although it does look like it should be possible, I can’t find out how to do it.
