Slider Gallery not working - Support Forum - Digital Factory (dFactory)

Dear factory team,

I installed the plugin + photo swipe and slider extensions and while photo swipe Lightbox works fine, the slider feature is unfortunately not working. The galleries are always displayed as standard WordPress galleries even though I set it to slider Gallery.

Can you please have a look?
