    Hello,

    I am using a Responsive Lightbox with Slider Gallery extension. I set up the plugin and everything worked correctly, but some time ago it stopped working. Now when I click on a image, it does not open in Lightbox, but in a default image viewer.
    I am using a actual version. The problem is on priduct pages like here: https://www.elegantisimo.cz/obchod/velka-kabelka-s-pruhovym-vzorem-tapple-h17138/
    Can you help me, please?

    Hi Jiri,

    It just seems like you’re not using Responsive Lightbox plugin (we see no code in the site HTML).
    The data-rel atribute is there, so it should work fine.

    Can you share temporary admin credentials please – we’ll have a look.

    Hi,
    We’ve updated the Slider Gallery addon and Responsive Lightbox, adjusted settings.
    This made RL to open your product gallery images in a lightbox.
    But it did not replace your theme procut gallery with Slider gallery.

    In this case we need an FTP access to your site (using private reply), so we can check what’s going on on the code level.

    Hello,

    thank you for your answer. I just updated the plugin. I figured out the problem, when I unchecked Conditional loading in the general setings. Now, when I click on a image on product page, the lightbox normaly opens, but opens twice. This problem is only on default product, when I change color of product, the lightbox opens normaly once.

    The second problem is, the thumbnails in the lightbox are showen twice.

    The problem is for example here – https://www.elegantisimo.cz/obchod/velka-kabelka-s-pruhovym-vzorem-tapple-h17138/

    Last thing, I want to ask you, if there is any option, where I can cancel opening the lightbox after clicking on the thumbnail on the product page.

    If you still need the FTP acess, just let me know and I send you the login details.
