I’m using Responsive Lightbox but now find that my largest image size is too large for comfort. I was thinking of writing a script that resizes all these, but worry about the impact both on the plugin and the gallery of this resizing. Will they cope automatically or could something nasty occur like retention of the original sizes in the html, causing stretching and blurring?

Image sizes are controlled by your theme and it’s generation by WordPress itself. You can adjust that or use a RL script like Swipebox that adjusts the image to available window size.

Thanks. I would have expected Responsive Lightbox to do that anyway? Actually it’s more that i want to reduce the bandwidth of the largest images.
