    Hi,

    I have employed the responsive lightbox on my site and I am trying to get it working but nothing happens. I am totally stumped as to why it isn’t happening (I have tested on another WP site too).

    The live page I have is:

    http://alpha-art.co.uk/artists/frank-mcfadden/

    So there are 4 images that I have left up here for now but nothing happens unfortunately.

    I have also created a quick test page on another site of mine – http://www.icebreaker-bd.com/responsive/ and it works perfectly here.

    Can you guys please help as I love this plugin but have no idea what is going on here?

    Site where the plugin is not working has javascript errors! I think the Facebook connect/like widget you have on the right sidebar has been creating a conflict here! Try removing or disabling it first, and then check if it works.

    Hi,

    I have removed the Facebook widget and also removed the Po.st share buttons, but unfortunately, the lightbox still isn’t working! I have fully removed those two things for now.

    Are there any other possible ideas?

    Alright, I just checked! One more thing you should do is disable Custom Contact Form temporarily, and then check! Do not forget to clear the browser cache

    Superb Tanuj! That’s it working now. Thank you so much!

    I assume that I am going to have to use a different type of contact form (I’ve already reactivated the FB Like button and Lightbox is still working). Or do I perhaps reinstall Custom Contact Forms to see if the problem resolves itself?

    Good to know:) You’re welcome!

    Perhaps you should try removing that plugin completely first, and then re-install it!

    As I can see, the other test site you mentioned above has Custom Contact Form too. And it’s working fine.

    This form comes with its own version of Datepicker script, which is responsible for this conflicting behavior!

    I’ve tried many times to reactivate the CCF plugin, but every time I do (without even having a live form on the site) it stops Lightbox from working.

    I’m going to have to try a different Form plugin now as I can’t seem to get the two of them working in sync. Hopefully there is another form plugin that is as good and that I can work!

    Okay, it could be so! I can’t say the exact reason since I haven’t tried this plugin yet! As an alternative, I think you can use FSCF :)
