Responsive Lightbox and my theme "Flamingo" don't like each other

Hi,
I think the plugin is the best lightbox plugin on wordpress, but it doenst work with my theme.

the lightbox pops up for a second, but than it shows the pic directly in the browser.

not an java expert, can I fix this?
