I have requested few times and still haven’t received an answer for months already. Also it’s impossible to take a ticket or start a new topic in the support area.

Please refund ASAP. We subscribed for this product a year ago. We were unable to use it and in the end got a refund. Now, a year later, we’ve been billed again for the product, even though the initial subscription was withdrawn/cancelled.
