    Requested a refund for the Hidden Gallery add-on a week ago. Have requested privately three separate times. Seems I’m being ignored. Please advise.

    I have requested few times and still haven’t received an answer for months already. Also it’s impossible to take a ticket or start a new topic in the support area.

    Stop using their software, there is no refund service, I contacted them. They have no news. I sent a refund request email. There is no news.

    Please refund ASAP. We subscribed for this product a year ago. We were unable to use it and in the end got a refund. Now, a year later, we’ve been billed again for the product, even though the initial subscription was withdrawn/cancelled.
