I purchased the Slider Gallery Add-on for the Responsive Lightbox & Gallery, and licensed the website, but the new Slider Gallery features are not showing up on the plugin settings.

The documentation instructs me to go to Settings > Responsive Lightbox. I do not see this option on my website.

I urgently need to use these features on a client’s website and would appreciate your assistance with getting it working.

Hi there, I posted on 6 December regarding an issue with the Slider Gallery add-on I purchased. It is two weeks later and I have received no replies or assistance.

I’ve licensed my website on the Digital Factory website under Purchase History > View Licenses > Manage Sites but I cannot find any settings for Slider Gallery add-on.

Your help will be appreciated otherwise I would like a refund for the add-on license please.
