Problem with active licence & no pagination gallery

Hello,
I have two problems with the Responsive Lightbox – Hidden Gallery plugin.

1. I cannot activate the license even though I have renewed until December 2023 and I have activated the url of my site in my “Purchase History” customer account.

2. Then, on one of my pages: https://sonjahopf.fr/entretiens/ I inserted a gallery to display 8 photos in lightbox but I don’t have the pagination. A conflict ? I disabled all extensions and the problem persists.
