Hi,
The plugin had been working perfectly on my site however I now notice that the cookie notice is at the bottom of the page (when I have selected the top in the settings) and the buttons are not visible. Any help greatly appreciated!

I’m not a W3 Total Cache expert but for me it looks like it’s minify CSS feature removes the Cookie Notice style.

Your page code says it’s been replaced, same as other CSS styles, but the plugin style is not re-applied again. I suggest you play with the W3 settings to find out what removes it.
