Pop Up Hidden by MP3 Player

Hi,

IF you look at my site (www.BillDewees.com) and click the youtube image on the right column, you’ll see the pop up displays, but is “behind” a MP3 player we’re using. (Here’s what I see: http://screencast.com/t/ASlyVXtqgH)

Any ideas how to correct this?
