    Hello!
    I already head topic about same problem about 2 months ago! Your developer said it is fixed, but no! I still have this problems!
    1. The pictures which set up by “prettyphoto” from VC – opens not popup PHOTOSWIPE, but just a picture link
    2. The pictures which set up by theme (porto) – opens double popup, and theme popup, and PHOTOSWIPE popup

    I tried every settings which you have in setup page, but can’t get it work properly!
    PLEASE HELP!!!

    Arsen, we’ce checked your site.

    1. Regarding 1 – hard to say as the HTML syntax seems ok. please try enabling Custom Events in Responsive Lightbox settings and check again.
    2. Regarding 2 – it’s probably a theme included lightbox effect that get fired at the same time. please try to disable built in lightbox in your theme settings (if that’s possible) or ask the theme developer on how this can be done.

    Another question – if you change the lightbox script from Photoswipe to sth different does it start working fine then?

    1. I tried, and you can check you have login details in my another topic(
    2. There is no such as option to switch off theme preview, i will try contact with developer..

    if change between your addons- only prettyphoto is working. But looks horrible on mobiles .

    Ok, we can’t find that login data, so please post here:

    1. temporary admin access
    2. ftp access

    it might be visual composer doing sth weird here as we’ll – we’d check in your theme code directly

    We’ve been doing this and it was working.
    Dor some reason it is not now.
    Did you make any changes, adjustments, upgrades to your theme files?
