Paid the license, entered the key, nothing happens…

    Can anyone help? I paid the “Slider Gallery 5 sites” license, got the email with the download link (but without a license key), downloaded and installed the plugin, then found the license key in the list of purchases on this website, then added the key in the License tab in the plugin, and also added my website URL in the license manager on this website. But nothing helps, the lightbox still doesn’t show up as an option in the list. And if I select “Settings” directly from the list of plugins, the settings page shows blank :-(

    I have tested further and looked at other posts, and as I understand it, the Slider Gallery does not work at all in a lightbox (as shown on the demo page!!), unless I also buy another extension called Light Gallery? In other words, the demo page has tricked me into buying the Slider Gallery without telling me the full story, which effectively is double price. I AM NOT going to buy another plugin just to find out that this maybe wasn’t enough either, or maybe I misunderstood something?
    Someone from dFactory, could you please wake up and respond to this post, if you want a good review rating for this product!!

    Slider Gallery is a gallery extension that works with all Responsive Lightbox free and premium lightbox scripts.
    But LightGallery is just a lightbox effect used on our site (and available as a premium addon).

    If you are interested in Lightgallery (a lightbox addon), not Slider Gallery (a gallery addon) we can adjust your purchase, just reach us via contact form (or just let us know here).
