Odd display for existing widgets, new ones OK

Hi,

I have used RW and it works very well. But I am getting a strange display and cannot edit once saved. A new widget is fine until saved. Here is a screendump so you can see what I mean:

The same widget, the first is a saved one the second I have just placed in the sidebar and not yet saved. The restriction rules are applied but I can’t see them or edit them.
