Not working unless logged in with Preus Plus theme - Support Forum - Digital Factory (dFactory)

This plugin came as a suggested plugin with the theme Preus Plus.
When logged into the site it works as expected but when I log out it doesn’t.
I suspect it is a theme conflict but was surprised it came as recommended and then doesn’t work as expected.
I’ve contacted the theme developer since I am supposed to have Premium Support but no reply as yet.

Anything I can do?
