Went to update and of course it wouldn’t because of license. It has not been a year for the license but I updated anyways. However instead of being charged $13.30 as posted for a recurring license I was charged $19.00. The order processed. I retrieved the license key and pasted it into settings. But it will not update.
A. I need it to update, or a refund of $19 and I’ll find someone like Next Gen that will do the same thing.
B. Am Very disappointed in your support form being so week not to even have installation information.
C. Note not everyone is a programmer.
in closing this should not be this difficult.
