I have no option to manually watermark selected image.

WP 4.3.1
IW 1.5.1 (Checked option Apply Watermark option for images in Media Library.)
Custom theme on Genesis Framework

You need to have manual watermarking enbled. Then it should be available in list mode in Media Library.
