No cookie bar is displayed when the website loads - Support Forum - Digital Factory (dFactory)

Hi, everybody,

I have developed my website with the template “wprentals” and I have installed the plugin “cookie notice”. When the page loads the cookie notice bar does not appear but when I click on a link that displays a modal window, the cookie notice bar appears…if I close the modal window, the cookie notice bar disappears.
I tried many possible solutions but none of them worked. Could someone please tell me some possible solution to make the cookie bar appear normally?

I also have the same problem. No cookie bar notice displayed on my blog tapestryofbeauty.com
