Lightgallery not showing properly - Support Forum - Digital Factory (dFactory)

When hovering the mouse over the lightgallery it turns blue and then aftre clicking on the main image their is a grey box over the top of the image and the play, zoom and full screen icons do not show properly.

I have been through all of the sdettings and deactivated any other image plugins but it is not making any difference.
