I loaded responsive lightbox in my wordpress install. 3.9. I’m using Paglines DMS 2.0. I’ve added a gallery to a post but I’m trying to figure out how to change the thumbnail size and how the images from the gallery are displayed? i.e. columns etc.

Dan, this is handled by your theme or Pagelines framework, or both. Responsive Lightbox just displays image links in a lightbox.
