Hi there! Still waiting on response here. I have tried troubleshooting by deactivating all other plugins. Unfortunately, my WooCommerce images begin performing correctly when I disable all DFactory plugins. I tried keeping only Dfactory lightbox activated alone and re-activating each other plugin next to it one by one. No luck. The only plugin that appears to be affecting WooCommerce is Dfactory.
I’ve also tried playing with different options in the Dfactory lightbox & gallery general settings. Still, nothing seems to be fixing the issue.
I’d really love some help troubleshooting and getting this plugin we’ve invested our time using to build galleries on the site over the past year. I have a license that I will be renewing when it expires in 2 weeks if I can actually get some support here. If not, I’ll be looking to replace the lightbox and gallery functionality on this site with something new.
I’ll remain hopeful that someone will actually help me with this. Am I even in the right place to be requesting support?
