    Help!

    The justified gallery as an add-on to responsive lightbox no longer works – images display really small even though the size is set to ‘full size’.

    You can see an example on this post… http://www.kathmanduandbeyond.com/street-art-kaohsiung-taiwan/ but I have several posts which have suddenly started displaying like this (possibly since the recent update).

    Is this is a bug? When is it likely to be fixed?

    Hello Kirsty.

    Are you using the latest versions of both Responsive Lightbox and the Justified Gallery addon?

    I think we have already made a fix for it and will release Justified Gallery 1.1.1 today/ tomorrow.

    Hi. Is anyone there? ;-)
    Justified gallery is still not working – as previously advised, when a portrait and landscape image are side by side, they display as really tiny.
    Please can you advise regarding this asap as I have a lot of effected posts which look pretty bad right now.

    Sorry to chase again but it would be really great to get this solved before the weekend – the issue has now been going on for over a month and many of our posts looks terrible because of it.
    Please let me know the outcome ASAP or I will have to look for another solution to use instead of Justified Gallery with Responsive Lightbox.
    I hope to get a response this time, thank you.

    I take it from your lack of response that I need to give up on ever getting any support on this and seek a refund? You are certainly not doing much to want to make me renew or give you the 5 star rating on WordPress you ask for every time I open my WP dashboard! Support is non-existent – it’s been almost 6 weeks and nothing. I can’t be the only one having this problem!
    I have been more than patient but our website looks terrible and now I am going to have to go back to square one with a huge amount of work to do to get all the affected posts looking OK again.

    Sorry for the delay.
    We’ve been checking your site but have a trouble with this issue.

    Let’s take this page as an example: http://www.kathmanduandbeyond.com/street-art-kaohsiung-taiwan/
    There are multiple images and galleries but only 3 of them are Justified Gallery (the small ones) with only 2 images per gallery. This will not look good as there is not enough data to generate a nice grid.

    We’ve added one more image to the last Justified Gallery on the page and now it looks much better. Is that the effect you’re looking for?

    Thanks but the effect I want to achieve is to be able to put 1 x portrait and 1 x landscape image next to each other and for them to fill the width of the page and be the same height. This means creating a gallery of just 2 images. Putting 3 in a row doesn’t produce the result I want and will also mean going back through all the posts to add additional images.

    I appreciate that two images is not really a gallery but this is what I was looking for when I purchased the extension and what it did do. It worked well and looked good up until the update some 6 weeks ago…

    Yes, there will be new version og both – core plugin and the addon. Will send it to you before the official release so you have it faster.

    Recent Responsive Lightbox & Gallery update (v2.0.5) and Justified Gallery update (1.1.2) should fix the issue. Please check.
