Not sure what I did wrongly but it didn’t work. I check responsive lightbox’s jquery did load and rel=lightbox-0

Laurent, you have outdated jQuery 1.7.2 running on that site.

Your theme must be embedding it instead of the jQuery shipping with WP 3.8.1 you have installed. Try to fix that and see if it makes the difference.
