I would like the image urls to be permanent allowing me to link to them from articles.
How can I make that happen?

    Hi,

Can you describe it a bit more and share an example? (or link)

    Who are you?

The developer of Responsive Lightbox and the Fancybox Pro extension – or a student helper, who knows nothing about those plugins?
If you know how Fancybox Pro works, you would know that the following structure is how the single image URL is presented:

    https://<site>/<gallery>/#lightbox-gallery-1-2

Unfortunately this URL doesn’t lead back to the image #2 in gallery #1. It only reopens the gallery with thumbnails.

So, I repeat my question: 1) Is there a way to operate with permanent urls to the images? and 2) to be able to refer and open an image (#2 in this example) from e.g. an internal article?

If your support continues to be evasive, treating your customers as idiots – I will consider it to be useless, which equals ‘no support at all’, and we are back at square one.

Btw. I had activated NOTIFY ME … but your answer didn’t release a note to my mailbox (is it due to an error, or is it just another joke?).
