On my plugin, I currently do not have the Refuse or Revoke options enabled, nor do I have the Accept on Scroll option enabled.
The banner currently states the standard “We use cookies to ensure that we give you the best experience on our website. If you continue to use this site we will assume that you are happy with it” with an “Ok” button.
If a user does not hit “OK” does are cookies automatically accepted? Does this plugin operate on the basis of implicit consent – i.e. assuming you accept unless you take action to state otherwise even if I dont’ have a Refuse option enabled?
