Hi support,

Any info on what could possibly be causing the stretched images when viewed in lightbox? They are not scaled properly and appear stretched and out of scale. How do I ensure that they load properly when images are clicked to be viewed in a lightbox gallery. Direction and tips appreciated.

Hello Allen,
The images in PhotoSwipe should not be stretched but displayed using original image proportions.
Can you show us an example of the issue on your live site please?

Hello Bartosz, perhaps this image distortion problem might be related to the issue I posted several weeks ago:

Some 1800×1200 images display at pinpoint size in lightbox

My issue is 100% reproducible and I built a test site (links in original support post) to demonstrate it, but have had no response in this forum, so I’ve added this comment to bump the visibility of my (possibly related) issue.
