When I use [download-attachment attachment_id=”XX”] the file icon is missing.
It’s a known issue?

It’s not an issue – it’s the way we have built it.

[download-attachment] displays just a link to a single attachment of a given id.

If you like it to be displayed with an icon you should use [download-attachments include=”XX”] instead. You can of course use other shortcode parameters too if you want, for example to modify the display.
