In other plugins I have seen a small ‘speech bobble’ used as icon for such a feature.
Is there possibly an implicit way to obtain the same effect via settings?

Unfortunatelly nothing of that kind is not supported. We have not seen a feature like that to be honest, so please share an example – maybe we’ll take it into account in the future.
