    Hi,

I recently installed News Manager plugin, after installation, i go to my news page and it shows ‘Blog Archive’ as page title. Where can I edit this? I have a separate page for Blog and the page title shows ‘Blog’ so I guess its not something to do with the theme?

    Thanks!

    Hi Mikhail,

The easiest way to do it would be to make a separate archive page where you change the title to News Archive. Take a look at that info from the codex http://codex.wordpress.org/Template_Hierarchy.

I am also having the same problem. Being that I’m not a developer, your suggestion to create a separate archive is easier said than done. Can you recommend a different solution?

I figured out the problem. If the theme in use does not have an archive.php page one will need to be created for archive-news.php. I would be helpful for users if there was an override included with News Manager or steps to create one.

Every WordPress theme should have archive.php included. This is one of the most important files.

But thanks for that info @etoyer.
