How to change the position view counter?

Hello community.

I use the Post Views Counter plugin and at least for now it has worked well.

But I would like to make a “change”, that is, in the configuration panel shows two options: display before the content or display after the content. However, I want to change the position of the view counter to another place, as shown:

I want to replace where the green circle is to where the arrow points.

What procedure should I do to make it look the way I want it?
