Manually watermarking

There is an option in the settings of applying watermark manually on files in media library.But i don’t get how to do it.Please can I be provided with the steps,that would be really helpful

1. Activate manual watermarking
2. Go to Media Library.
3. Select (check) images you want to apply watermark to
4. Under Bulk Actions dropdown select Apply Watermark
5. Click Apply
