    Hi there,

    Your plugin is great and I like all the functionalities. Unfortunately, the files when downloaded are corrupted.

    You can find an example in this page: http://media-pes.eu/gallery/pre-council-meeting-12-feb-2016/event-photography-brussels-belgium-12/ which will give you automatically the download.

    I’ve checked your code, modified it and still doesn’t work. I don’t know if this is a problem with wordpress. I also tried changing to the parent theme and nothing. Here’s another useful link to download an image: http://media-pes.eu/download-attachment/16190

    Please help me :)

    Can you provide some info on your hosting enviroment?
    Did you try switching download methods?

    I believe the problem is related to my server configuration I don’t know why. I’ve tried downloading in other ways and it’s not working either. My belief is that there’s something wrong with my server.

    I tried switching methods, and nothing happens. I even modified your plugin and changed some headers and verified that everything was ok, and nothing changed.

    Here’s my configuration:
    – OVH server.
    – WordPress 4.4.2
    – Download Attachments 1.2.12

    Do you know by change if I have to do any changes to my server? Maybe an .htaccess file or another plugin messing with this one?

    Well, actually, out of curiosity, I installed the plugin on another host (bluehost) and I also got corrupted files.

    This is the link: http://www.bspfestival.org/hello-world/
    under the post there’s a download attachment with a link to a picture… you will see the file is corrupt.

    So maybe it’s not my server and there’s something that I’m missing.

    Can you contact us via contact form here.
    We’d send you a dev version with modified download processing.

    Maybe we’ll get to this that way, as we are unable to replicate the issue on any of our servers.
