    On our intranet when having “Enable to use default templates” checked on the events page (called events with slug /events/) after the list of events I see a search box, a page sitemap and then a category listing. It does not seem to matter if I change the events page template. I’m thinking that it shouldn’t make a difference as the page should be using the plugin template. Is that correct? I have not put a customized template file in my theme.

    If I uncheck that setting the sitemap goes away but then the date for each event shows as Event December 31, 1969.

    I’m thinking this is some sort of conflict with my theme. We are using a child theme based on GovIntranet https://www.helpfultechnology.com/govintranet/.
