    Hello,

    I have problem with downloaded files. Everything works fine, files are downloading. But after I download even a simple file like jpg which I tested if it works on my PC, its corrupted and cant open (it says that file is unrecognized). How can I solve this?

    I tested it on another page, and it works fine and downloaded files are opening correctly.

    I tried to disable all plugins (I have plugins that counting visits on my posts and pages so I disabled them) and it still doesn’t work. I disabled all other plugins, and it STILL doesn’t work.

    Wordpress version where it’s working: 4.0.1

    Now I know that is caused by my theme (switching themes solving problems). What exactly in my theme can cause this behaviour?

    Does the downloaded file have a proper file extension (jpg, pdf, zip…). Maybe the file name is being changed on the fly while downloading?

    But I have no idea for now, how and why.

    File extension is ok, filesize is ok. It happens to file while downloading. I rly dont know what may cause this..

    for example it is the file that I have downloaded, ext is good, filesize is good as I said.

    Yeah, but what ASP.NET has to do with WordPress here? What is your server enviroment?

    It’s file that I have downloaded from my site and uploaded to file hosting service. It’s corrupted file. Anyway, I solved my problem.

    I’m working on child theme of FoundationPress theme based on Zurb Foundation. What I did is I “commented” my child theme, created new folder and copied all parent files into it, so I have parent theme and child theme which are the same. I tested my downloading and files started to work correctly. Then I configure this new child theme like I wanted again (just copied files from old child to new child) and all is good. Problem was in functions.php, but to be honest I have copied functions.php from old child theme to new (same file) and it is still working. I rly dont know what could cause my problem.
