Does anyone monitor and reply to this forum??

I posted an urgent question here 2 days ago – which is the same one as someone else’s question posted even earlier. I can see questions here posted 3 weeks ago and earlier WITHOUT A SINGLE ANSWER FROM DFACTORY.

So…is this forum a decor only? and no one actually addresses any questions here?

Ok, Cookie Settings is a free plugin, I get it. But since you have decided to offer it, please provide the support.

How can you expect people BUYING anything from you when you ignore technical issues with the free plugin on this forum?

if you can’t answer my question within a reasonable timeframe of 2-3 days so that I can actually use your free plugin – I will simply uninstall it and move on to another one offered by someone else.

Please advise – unless you don’t care.

I’ve ran into the same issue. I can’t seem to get support on some crucial issues regarding my site and have posted various times. I resorted to leaving a 1 star review on their plugin page until they resolve their issues, I suggest you do the same.

Have either of you received a WordFence that Cookie Notice has been removed from WordPress.org?
