    The easiest way would be to use a widget or one of the WP Query functions as described in the documentation.

    Hi!
    I haven’t started another topic as I understand it’s more or less the same I need;

    Let me explain: I need to list all events grouped by category, in the way:

    Category A:
    event1
    event2

    Category B:
    event 5
    event 8

    and so on…

    I’ve tried using WP_Query (as described at ‘http://www.dfactory.co/docs/events-maker-plugin/wp_query/‘) inside ‘taxonomy-event-category.php’, but the $args array is ignoring ‘categories’ parameter…

    Any suggestion? (Also tried ‘em_get_events()‘ with same result, and ‘em_display_events()‘ but returned errors, surely my fault).

    Thanks in advance,
    Jordi

    Well,
    Now I can confirm that variable ‘categories’, doesn’t works on ’em_get_events()’ function, as it does on ’em_display_events()’; (but I’d like to use ’em_get_template_part(‘content’, ‘event’)’ function to personalize output.

    So, I finally used ‘WP_Query()’ using same $args used by ’em_display_events()’, inside categories loop:

    $events_args = array(
    	'post_type' => 'event'
    	,'suppress_filters' => false
    	,'posts_per_page' => -1
    	// ,'order' => 'ASC'
    	// ,'event_show_past_events' => false
    );

    $events_args['tax_query'][] = array(
    	'taxonomy' => 'event-category'
    	,'field' => 'id'
    	,'terms' => $cat_id
    	,'include_children' => false
    	,'operator' => 'IN'
    );

    And finally achieved the output I wanted.

    Thanks!
    Jordi :)
