Display all galleries in a single page

Hi,
I would like to create a page called “Galleries”, where it would display all the galleries that I created for the site. Is it possible? How? (note that I don’t want to manually add a gallery to the “Galleries” page each time I create one, but rather that the list gets updated automatically)
