We don’t privide email support. If you need to privide private data use Set as private reply option.
But it looks to me you have some errors in the admin side – the date and time fields are handled by Javascript date & time pickers, you don’t have to enter that manually.
I’m sorry but we’re not going to customize your theme or functionality of your site. This is a plugin support forum and what you ask for is beyond our scope of support.
