I adjusted several settings in the Cookie Notice 1.2.44 settings (wordpress 4.9.6), such as the text and the position of the bar. When I save the changes, the message appears “Settings saved”, but in none of the browsers, even after deleting every cache etc. , the changes are shown – the cookie notification bar still appears with the default text and default position.
What is going wrong?
