Counter decreases the number of views - Support Forum - Digital Factory (dFactory)

Hello, my Post View Counter is having a problem sometimes: instead of continuing to count and adding the number of views of a post, it decreases the number of views of the post. For example: a Post that had already registered more than a thousand accesses now has less than 150 accesses…. Can you help me to solve this?

The problem continues, posts that had more than 1000 views a few hours later go to 200 views, posts that had 300 views now have 50 views, and so on with several (all) recent publications… repeating day after day, the Post View Conunter (which was efficient for years) is no longer reliable…. recently our webmaster (who cannot solve the problem) migrated from Universal Analytics to Google Analytics 4, I don’t know if it may have something to do with the problem…. my website url is http://www.afolhatorres.com.br
