Hi there,
having the same problem as discussed here http://www.dfactory.co/support/topic/cookie-notice-not-working-in-a-cutom-made-theme/
Footer, Head is in code, I am not logged in.
Tried with IE, Firefox and Chrome (newest version) – Cookies notice is not showing up.

There are some bad code practices in your theme but I’m not sure that is the issue.

We’d need to take a look a the backend of your site. Please provide a temporary admin access using Set as private reply option.
